Customer Order Collections At Saverstore

How it works:

Place your order as normal*
Select 'Store Collection' from the list of delivery options
Await email confirmation of your order
When your order is ready for collection you will be sent a further 'Order Collection Notification' email, at which point your order is ready to be collected from our Luton Collections Office.
When you come to collect your order, you will need to bring the following:
- A copy of your 'Order Collection Notification' email
- Some photo ID e.g. Driving Licence/Passport.
- If you paid via Google Checkout Bring a copy of the Google Checkout Order confirmation page (as shown below)
- If you paid using a Credit or Debit Card The order MUST be collected by the card holder and you must bring the card with you
- A utility bill/bank statement showing your name and address details
Note: Only the cardholder will be able to collect the order.
When you arrive at the Collections Office, enter the main door and press the button marked 'Online Distribution'.

*For orders placed using Google Checkout, please bring the print out of the orders details page. An example of what the screen looks like is shown below. Store collection is not available for certain kind of gift items.

From M1 (North or South) exit at Junction 11 and travel towards Luton along the Dunstable Road (A505). At the 1st Roundabout turn right into Chaul End Lane, Curry's Superstore is on your left. Continue straight ahead (over a bridge), then across two roundabouts (B&Q superstore will be on your left). This is Dallow Road. Finway is the third turning on the left (after Bestway cash & carry and just before the Zebra Crossing). We are the first large green and glass fronted building on the left. The first set of glass doors are for visitors.

(The total journey time from Junction 11 to our Office should be approximately 4 minutes.)

The Collections Office is open 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. (See above for Christmas and New Year opening times)
