Warranty conditions integration and extension service is available for all Acer LCD Monitors:
- 3-year warranty extension with on-site assistance within first working day following service call (temporary replacement).

- On-site service with temporary replacement of the defective device with another LCD Monitor (replacement with the exactly same model is not guaranteed) that will be left with the customer until the defective device is not repaired and delivered.
- Free Help Desk for the entire warranty extension period.
- Repairs within 5 working days
- Right to participate in special offers and promotions at authorised dealers.

AcerAdvantage covers all LCD Monitor part defects that prevent product use.

Damages due to negligence or careless use, incorrect maintenance, maintanance by unauthorised personnel, transport in unsuitable packaging, any cause not attributable to manufacturer’s defects and small damages such as scratches, scores, etc. derived from routine product use are excluded from service coverage.
