My order has been despatched but I have not received it?

Once your order is despatched, you will automatically receive a despatch notification by email.

The email will advise you of the consignment number and which courier has been used.  You can track your order via your consignment number on the relevant website.  for Business Post Ltd for Royal Mail

Business Post Ltd - if you have not received your order the next working day by 5.00pm, after the despatch notification was sent, please check the Business Post website, thereafter if you still require further information, you can contact us via our Feedback Form.  Our Customer Services Team will check the status of your order and will contact you with an update.

Royal Mail - please follow the same procedure as above.  Note however that Royal Mail will only class a parcel as lost, 10 days after it has been posted.  Should Royal Mail agree that the parcel has been lost, we can thus only send you a replacement 10 days later.
